* There can be many perceptions of the word "successful".
* To me IR is a public means of transport, and the measure of success is the number of paxs served on one hand, and the revenue/profits generated by it for IR on the other hand.
* In this respect there is no match for Tatanagar which gives more revenue than the revenues of Rourkela, Jharsuguda and Chakradharpur combined together.
