Running 6 hrs late but still not allowed to Over Hwh-mas Mail between VSKp-BZA !!

Good work by SR after taking from SCR it covered almost 1 HRS in SR territory
because AC exp have less stops, No need crawl behind the Mail which has huge slack.
AC SF can be given go ahead. For late trains they wont fix slot.
