22121 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Mumbai - Lucknow Charbagh AC Express was on its maiden voyage on 27/28th May after its derailment on 21st May at Unnao Junction where 11 of its bogies (B2-B11 & Pantry Car) were damaged due to derailment but no casualties were reported except for some minor injuries to a few people.

22121 LTT-LKO AC Exp met the wreckage of one of the most horrific accidents Indian Railways has witnessed, which is of 19321 Indore - Patna Express's derailment at Pokhrayan where more than 150 people were reported dead & 200 were injured.

The video was taken on-board 22121 LTT-LKO AC Express on 28th May, 2017 while door-plating on the HA1 coach (which was an full AC 2-Tier coach that day instead of a composite one).
