I want to go to New Delhi. Which train is comfortable to leave from Chennai to New Delhi?? I want to go by any of this trains. Either Grand Trunk Express or Tamil Nadu Express?? Any suggestions??

I would suggest the TN since it has a faster run than that of GT.

Apart from Grand Trunk & TN Express, You also get Duronto (non-stop) (28 hrs), Garib Rath (28 hrs) , Rajdhani (28 hrs).
