If this is the case, then the following points should also be considered :
1. A percentage of the ticket amount sholud be returned as refund when trains are by more than 2 hrs.Many of the trains depart from the originating station itself other get late during journey that too on regular basis. Refund should be given in that case.

When Fans /A.C. are not working properly.
4. When passengers with seats reserved near the toilets have to bear with the smell coming out those toilets.
5. When reserved passengers have to share their seats with unreserved passenges in sleeper and other classes.
Refund should also be given in the above mentioned cases.
Railways needs to increase the fare of general unreserved classes,sleeper class and MSTs to increase revenue. The fare charged by railway for these classes is too less as compared to the road transport.
The prices for 1AC,2AC nd 3AC are close to or exceeding fare of a plane ticket whereas the price for general/unreserved classes are nearly 1/4 or 1/3 of the fare charged by the roadways.
Charging public more for LHB trains,for lower berths,for dynamic booking is only harressing public.
