Aur ghar (station ke maalikaana haq) ki neelami nahin, jaisa ki headlines padh ke prateet hota hai.
Neelami ki jagah "Theka"/ Tender shabad ka istemaal behtar hota

* A Large fraction of the tendered amount shall be spent on developing commercial properties in the Rly station area.
* Allahabad as a Rly junction is probably be a bit more important than Kanpur which itself is a great junction.
* Amount spent Kanpur has to be much higher because Kanpur is much bigger city (2011 population 29 lacs), and commercial/industrial centre than Allahabad (2011 population 12 lacs). So the Rly station at CNB have much higher potential for commercial activities than Allahabad
