Simple. KR ka distance 40% inflated hai. Reporter ne inflated distance le ke, use speed nikala hai. Isliye speed bahut jyaada lag raha hai. Kal KYN WDG3A tha shayad.
Irrespective of what calculations are used, they will not attempt to recover 3 hours once rains start. But now the question is why is railways charging superfast charge for monsoon period, when the end to end average speed comes out to be only 45 kmph. They should drop this for monsoon schedule.
Actually it happens because of system fault.
From 10 June monsoon schedule started over KR and TEJAS should run on a monsoon schedule. Even Tejas exp inaugural notification in news paper mentioned from 10 June it would be run on monsoon schedule.
But on IRCTC system 10june entered for regural run. So CR/KR send back empty rack to karmali on 11june midnight.
