I tweeted to @RailMinIndia regarding punctuality of 12876 Neelanchal SF ex that it should be converted to normal ex as its giving average speed 49/hr instead of 56/hr on date 25-May-2017. Retweeted again and again got reply on 9 jun that matter escalated to respective DRM. Good to see result on 9 Jun (Friday) it ran ontime all the way and got delay 1 hr to reach BBS. Thank you Tweeter team and respective rail dept. Kindly maintain same punctuality. Images attached.
