My preferences:
(1) DEE-Sikar is a strong necessity & moral obligation for IR (probably Rly understands it) since the MG Shekhawati is non functional since several years. Ashram is a WR train and DLI-Sikar shall be NR/NWR train, so ICF Ashram rake transfer has to be done from WR to NR/NWR.
(2) Use in a special train with special fares is quiet possible keeping in view the recent acts of IR!
