* No commercial halts at any intermediate station between BKSC-CRJ on diverted route.
* It is confirmed that the trains will go via BKSC-IPTN-TLE-ASN scetion because CRP is not a halt anymore for these trains.
* BKSC-IPTN-TLE is still awaiting CRS inspection, then how RB ordered divesrion via this line ?

True. If it goes via this route to PNBE, 3 reversals will be required and slow route. RB is not crazy to do this.
