Yes its KYN WDP3A now, more 2 WDP3As hv been transferred to KYN from GOC
15516,15517,15535 , 3 WDP3As will be transferred from GOC to KYN.

Maximum Permissible Speed is the reason.
Weight issues on KR, due to loose soil WDP4B/D restricted at 110km/hr max. (Told by KR LP)
In SR, WDP4B/D restricted at 100 km/hr, hence TVC Rajdhani does not get EMD as regular link.
