ALL GMs are making people fool. Real research shows 12401/02 Magadh Exp running late more than 4 to 5 hours since 2010 delayed only due to least preference train declared internally by North Central railay, Northern railway and East Central Railway. According to one agency, it punctuality rate -365 & 12391 Shramjeevi Exp earlier running almost RT and punctuality rate was more than 80 % but last 3 months Northern Railway Delhi is not ready to take before 9 am because there is washing line and pit line problem in Delhi hence they took at 9.00 instead of 5 am and send directly to secondary maintenance. Main delay area , Lucknow outer 1 hours to 2 hours and Moradabad =Delhi one hour to 1.30 hrs, total late: 3 hours to 4 hours daily.
