Not necessarily always suburban stations will be catagorised as C grade stations, they may be upgraed as A1 class station if they handle both suburban and non suburban traffic
Borivari already has halts of many as 57 exp trains (counting only one direction)

First, this an old circular. Station assessment & grading is done after every 5 yrs. Yours one is of 2007 assessment, after that 2012 assessment was done and I attach it's figures. 2017 assessment hasn't been conducted yet. Second, borivali & Andheri are nowhere in the 2012 assessment list under A1 category station. They aren't even considered as A1 in cleanness survey so no benefit of lengthning this blog.
