I think not all loops are capable for 40 wagon freight, correct me if I am wrong.
Are you talking about particular section or whole IR? If yes which is it
Wagon and coach are not same length. So he had a doubt.
Many times we see loops with passenger train waiting, which look to be just about the length for a loco and a 24 coach train. Hence the doubt.
