Its the problems which TVC and PGT divisions facing now. If we look up to the past, either TVc division or PGT divisions has not ran a new train, as the both divisions doesnt have rake to start a service, here in this case also scenario is the same. The rake belongs to MAS division. If MAS division has stopped the service ths it will not be possible to ran this special also.
