Just like 12953, the end slack is unnecessary and Ballabgarh stop is provided for MST/Daily passengers and Rajdhani OT whereas it can reach 15 minutes ahead of 12951.
If you try running Telangana at 130 just like Purushottam it can easily reach well ahead of Rajdhani express, just the bureaucracy in railways works only for up-gradation and infrastructure of railways in Northern India.
