If a confirmed PRS ticket is lost and the PNR is not in mind then is there any chance to get a duplicate ticket?
Please immediately contact with an application mentioning your date of journey, name of passenger, age, boarding point & destination point (in case you do not remember PNR No.) with Station Superintendent of the station from where you have booked your ticket with your ID proof. After satisfying your identity SS will order Reservation clerk to issue duplicate ticket.
