Our members are having any news about the new train Hapa-Tirunelveli-Hapa, Train No. 2998/2997. If it is running in the end of March 31st, but so far no announcement about the same. This is Superfast train and taking very less time instead of Veraval, Gandhidham - Nagarcoil, Bikaner - Kochuveli Express.

Last heard about this train is that it will start running from March end or April 1 st week. onwards Shortage of rakes are the problem. It is a BI weekly train and needs around 36+ rakes. But any how my opinion is it will start running very soon that is why WR has not started Bavanagar-Kochuveli SUMMER special this year when compared to revious years.
Thanks for your reply. As soon as you receive any information about this train, please reply so that I can take ticket for this train in the second week of May,10 for my Ahmedabad-Alleppey vacation trip.
