I booked a sleeper ticket exactly 90 days back for Yesvantpur-Howrah 2864 exp from Yesvantpur to Vijayawada for today. The booking status is PQ Waiting List 3. Even after 90days, its showing PQWL3. By 6pm today chart will be prepared. Is there any chance getting confirmed?

But what about 10% emergency quota? YPR-BZA has around 120 berths out of which 10-12 should be emergency quota. am i true?
