There are few SLBs alloted for RAC passengers only in each coach which are not alloted to CNF ticket holders.Hence to question of having NO SLB.Say for example Seat No. 63 and 55 are kept for RAC 1,2,3 and 4.Under no circumstance this seat will be given to CNF ticket holders.Now,lets say RAC1 and RAC2 share seat No. 63.After train starts,RAC 1 is alloted a full seat by TTE.In that case ONLY RAC 2 gets the seat No. 63 all for himself.Otherwise its always shared come what may...Thank you
