if vacant berth needs to be alloted to GN end to end passengers, does that not mean that the vacant berth has to span across the length of the journey? Else how is this possible.
1- Do read post 28909 and get complete understanding of how PQ is operated by IR.
2- Go to the nearest railway station and just check some charts pasted on railway trains. You will see that PQ is indicated end-to-end. Other RS and RL quotas are indicated "PUNE\" or "\PUNE".
