Mr. MST now i am telling you my pat experience regarding TTE's knowledge.
Once i travelled from BCT to NDLS in train # 2009. Because of some circumtances i don't get my E tickets printout & i board the train. TTE come for checking and he found me without E ticket prinout. Now he don't know rules regarding E ticket. "IF passenger had no get his printout then TTE will make his ticket & fine him 50 rs only" But this Mr. TTE don't ready to expext my thing. Afterall i move in train & luckely found E ticket with other passenger & show him after he applogize to me.
