Plz give suggestion: I was trying to book e-tickets using Irctc site, my first transaction could not complete but my bank a/c was debited for Rs 2150/-, in 2nd attempt I could book the ticket, also I cancelled a ticket in same flow. Problem is that when I checked the refund status I found the ticket which was purchased is also in the refund list and the ticket I cancelled was not in the cancelled refund status list.
DO you have any thing to suggest, regarding should i do something or keep patience if the matter could settle automatically.
