new tatkal rule saying that passenger will not get any refund if he/she cancel confirmed ticket.my question is that what will happen if my ticket stays waitlisted till chart prepration..will i get full refund or refund deducting tatkal & clerical charges???
and lastly if a confirmed tatkal ticket holder know that if he cancel his/her ticket he/she will not get any refund..then he/she will not cancel either.because it will b of no use(many people may think that way),as no refund...and ck wl2..3 ..4 waitlisted people not able to travel..dont you think that railway min should think about this???

you are right..........but IR isnt forcing any one to take tatkal ticket.......if you have the urgency .....then please.....hence the question of refund does not arises
nor do IR force you to book WL CK tickets..... its your wish.......so you have to pay clerical charges .......and get the remaining amount .....
but people who dont travel should cancel the CK ticket for the benefit of the WL pax [just a service to mankind]
