What will be the refund if I file a TDR after 5 days, for a train running 3+ hrs late from its boarding station ?

for upto 200kms journey,tdr filed within 3 hours of schedule departure, for 201 to 500kms journey...tdr filed within 6 hours of departure and over 500kms journay tdr filed within 12 hours of departure is liable for full refund if train is running late for more than 3 hours
If the train is running late from origination station delayed by 3 hrs, 100 % refund is possible.Not from boarding station .In this case only 50 % refund.Both the refunds ll be processed after 90 days only.
In case of train running late by more than three hours & the passenger not performing journey on this account ,full refund is permitted subject to the condition that the ticket is surrendered/TDR obtained in case of I-ticket, if is in E-ticket customer should file online/mail to IRCTC within the prescribed time limits which are as under-.
