I belong to a place which is a big industrial tourism and educational hub.Despite these factors my city is very behind in terms of railway development......
But i thought there would be more cities b places like these all over India which have great potential to generate decent revenue for Indian Railways but are NEGLECTED.

Yes this I completely agree with u ....I once travelled in NED -SBC Hampi link express.....in sleeper. ...some co passengers who were regular travellers told our family to upgrade ticket from sleeper to A.C. if possible because after yadgir all these coach become like General bogies.....and exactly same happened after Yadgir sea of people boarded the train ....we could not sleep whole night comfortably
