Pathetic service by railway staff. Even after Swach Bharat Abhiyaan this train isn't clean at all. There was no water in washroom and at sink, after complaining there was no reply for it, finally we had to call up and the staff said water will be available only at the next station (which was 3-4 hours away) and said if there's any problem you can come and talk to him. Seriously do we pay G.S.T for such services and replies.
