Bookings stopped. Only DRMBZA knows it. Seems MST people from rayagada - Vijayawada protesting this move. This is most commonly used train in evening for MST. Even i used it for 3 years daily from VZM to SCM. Many people from Bobbili as use it for MST travel to VSKP.

MST holders means monthly season ticket holders. More 4000-5000 people in Bobbili , VZM to VSKP do daily travel to their offices and come back to home in evening.
Teachers, Students of Engg, Polytechnic colleges of VZM, Railway employs and some other vendors depends on this train to come back to their home in evening. Specially people travels to SCM, KTV, PDT.
Morning VSKP-Koraput passenger , now Samata also good option in morning for MST people as timings changed.

It should run as passenger only it serves as overnight connectivity from stations between BZA RJY and Rayagada passenger is very famous through its route and all poor people depends on this only it should be kept as passenger with some speed up towards BZA
Yes many poor people of this region uses this. Mostly North andhra dists poor people, Agriculture workers take this train to Godavari, Krishna dists. Total train will be jam packed in some season with these workers. Railways runs many empty train but targets these passenger train which helps poor people.
