I will not say that Jnaneshwari is better than Paschim as both ply on different routes but I would definitely say that it is never overcrowded except for very special occasions like Diwali when even crawlers like 18029 are overcrowded. It is the only train in Hwh-Mumbai route which has 100% Patronage throughout...not 125% and not 75%. The only overcrowded train in that route has to be Geetanjali and to some extent Hwh-Mumbai Mail.
It is best in terms of punctuality, cleanliness, coach composition and priority throughout its entire route. It has been so dependable in its punctuality that I have even done reservation (3 times) in a connecting train with 15 mins difference in arr/dep and have always caught...

Yes agree with u that. In term of punctuality
the first is Cstm HwH Duronto and the Next no. is of Jnaneshwari exp. and Than of others.
