How do we get Confirmed Talkal tiket? Can you suggested from where to book talkal ticket from IRCTC site or from IR counters because i observed that as soon as Talkal quota open, it exaust with in 10 or 15 minutes.

As for query on ticket booking charges which a Rail Travel Agent can collect.... :
