Aaj gya tha me HBJ to mujhe koi construction nhi dikha Pitline k liye. But i think agar tareeke se kaam kre to 6-7 months are sufficient to make pitline.
Or wese bhi HBJ pe already LHB maintenance facility available h to rake agr aa bhi gya to koi problem nhi hogi.

If you see, WCR has the least number of regular train which have LHB rake ( excluding shatabdi, rajdhani, Duronto, humsafar etc). WCR has only 1 LHB train. Other zones have many.
