Can somebody tell what is the penalty for no providing age proof for a senior citizen?

Charging Of Sr. Citizen Traveling On Concession
No. 360-P/Sr. Citizen/2001
The issue regarding charging of senior citizens traveling on concession, who do not produce age proof during journey, has been examined. MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS HAVE DECIDED THAT IN SUCH CASES, ONLY THE DIFFERENCE OF CONCESSIONAL FARE PAID AND NON-CONCESSIONAL FARE PAYABLE SHALL BE CHARGED. PENALTY WILL NOT BE CHARGED IN SUCH CASES. Necessary instructions have been issued to all concerned immediately.
