It is Pooled Quota Waitlist. Very few chances that it will get confirmed. Try booking from BDTS to Ajmer (boarding pt Borivali) and you may get GNWL which will have a higher chance of clearing
The availability at present is showing W/L 272/213 to Ajmer from both the places - Bandra and / or Borivali. In my opinion the PQWL status is because of destination being Ajmer (mid way), not because of BVI being the Boarding Point.
