then ? How many years they will run it as special ? Long term special needs to be regularized if they are getting good demand through out.
Need to be but unless the parent & receiving zone give a push it won't happen..

Better IR comes with a new category of trains like say 'tatkal' trains n lines of suvidha trains, where the fare can be of 'tatkal' category and the regular specials like vskp ypr , regular weekend specials can be regularized n this category..
Better they scrap suvidha concept which has dynamic fare and instead replace it with 'tatkal' concept.
