This is a clarification to all members regarding our Forum Guidelines and the FM Group. SWs are issued for very clear cases of abuse and misbehaviour by a member.

At this time, we have had many members against whom SW is issued claim that:

Sir whose words are these...??? Who is trying to use his/her history/record for getting IMMUNITY against Forum Guidelines....???

I made one mistake, and "YOUR" FMs have now issued me SW!!! What kind of a private site are you running?" Thereafter, we may also get popular appeal and a petition drive from many other members pressuring us - "Please remove SW against xyz member. He knows a lot about the Railways, etc. and helps us a lot".

This post is NOT to accuse any particular member. Our long-time useful members are indeed important assets of IRI, and their contributions are highly valued.

Members get SW ONLY if there is something serious going on, not for trivial matters. This post is just a clarification that our Forum Guidelines of politeness, courtesy, etc. apply equally to all members. Also, if any member does get an SW, it does NOT matter. Just look at the warning and resolve it.

There was some site issue for some time, which prevented a member from replying. The same has now been fixed. Thanks for bearing with us.
"If member makes direct sw no linency". This is NOT the case. SWs are issued only for serious violations where we feel the member is being disruptive.

For example, if suddenly we see that a respected Monitor is arbitrarily changing many Train TTs, an SW is issued, because it is possible his account is hacked by someone else, etc.
