So, stopping the travelogue here only as there is nothing much to write for Delhi - Ranchi part except for the following two instances.
1. After I got the msg of ticket CNFed, it was again an UB, I was waiting for NTES to update the status of 12874. I waited till 5:15 but it showed right time eventhough 12873 was scheduled to arrive at 2030 hrs at that time. Without taking any risk, I left my relative's house in Tihar campus. Came out on the main road and booked an OLA for Tilak Nagar metro station. After reaching Tilak nagar, I got a roll parceled for me and now time was 1740 hrs. I took a token for Anand vihar and...

the moment metro departed from Tilak nagar, I received a msg - 12874 rescheduled to 2300 hrs. Sorry for inconvenience. What the hell it was. Train is about to depart at 1945 hrs and u are informing 2 hrs before that its rescheduled. I was not OK with returning to my relative's house again, so carried on to reach ANVT at 1915 hrs. 12873 came at 2120 hrs and departed as 12874 at 2300 hrs with cleaned AC coaches.
2. We had a fantastic run till Bhaupur with avg around 75 kmph. Some delay was covered but that was all lost after long halt at Bhaupur and Panki. After departing Kanpur, pantry guys started with tea breakfast. I took a non veg one and he quoted 40 rs. Veg was 35 rs. I said price is 35. He kept the breakfast on my berth and waited. I asked him to bring the bill and take the money. First he denied but when he saw that I was in no mood to hear, he went away saying will give the bill of lunch breakfast, dinner all together. I tweeted this to Rail ministry and rail sewa. After about 5 mins he came with a bill of 35 rs. I paid him. After he went, then I saw that the bill was for veg item. I again tweeted with the snap of bill and alleged the pantry of overcharging now. After this incident the pantry guy was looking like miffed with me for which I didn't care. At lunch, he came to take order and said 120 for veg thali. I simply said 50 waala ek. He wrote away and went. My copassenger asked me 50 ka khaana thode aata hai? I told them to check their e ticket, its written there. On checking he said ghatiya khana milega. Then I said food is same, except you dont get paneer subzi in it. He was laughing at this. Travelling in 2ac doesn't mean I should be ashamed of eating 50 rs food. I just need to satisfy my hunger in train. For enjoyment of food there are many hotels outside.
