A DURONTO IN DISGUISE

After getting trolled by Howrah - Lalkuan weekly exp all the way from Howrah to Asansol, Howrah New Delhi Duronto exp via patna finally comes to an unscheduled halt at Asansol. As soon as the train came to a halt, hawkers starting selling packadged drinking water and other food comodities to the passengers through the windows. After taking a brief halt of 5mins, Duronto exp finally departed for it's first scheduled halt at Jasidih.

priority of this train has detoriated significantly in it's home zone after the diversion via mainline mainly because of the slow schedule given in the neighbouring zone (52 kmph avg from Jhajha to Mughal Sarai). Train was almost full and only a handful of seats were empty.
