Connection train to Tirunelveli
12677 SF from Bangalore to ERS alight at ED at around 11:55, Passenger train ED 56285 to TEN at 13:00 around 1: 05 Buffer time.
Return from TEN 5: 25 to ED at 2: 15 - 12678 ERS to Bangalore SF 2:35
Lot of time while going and this available every day.

TEAM, Based on this chain i boarded the train from Madurai to Bangalore, unfortunately the Erode passenger was 30 minutes late and i saw the last compartment of the Ernakulam - Bangalore intercity express leaving.
I then logged in to Indiarailinfo.com to check any other connectivity and took the Kovai express bound to chennai and got down in Jolarpet and boarded the Chennai - Bangalore Lalbagh express @ Jolarpet and Reached SBC @ 21:15......

Its tough to depend on passenger trains for further connectivity and that too in cases where there is a single track, passenger trains are bound to get delayed...
I am sorry for the inconvenience. I have already mentioned in my earlier blog that the buffer time seems to be insufficient and it has been proved correct.
