2 ways to reach Mumbai Central from Panvel
1) Panvel -->Kurla -->Dadar -->Mumbai Central
Catch a local from Panvel going towards CST/Andheri/Bandra and get down at Kurla.Next catch a train from central line of Kurla going towards CST and get down at Dadar. Next cross over to Western side and catch a train going towards Churchgate and alight at Mumbai Central.

You mean to say no direct local suburban train from Panvel to Dadar. Yes, that' right. Just for information .... few long distance express trains are available from Panvel for going directly to Dadar, provided that train has general unreserved coaches.. Such trains are ... 0112/Konkan Kanya, 0104/Mandovi Express, 0166/Ratnagiri Passenger .... depending upon suitability of timings and trains running schedule.
@ One more way out is local trains from Panvel to Wadala to Mahim to Mumbai Central. This is bcoz at Wadala, you get many...
