Thanks for the reply, even I was thinking on the same lines- Maybe I can go for tatkal ticket. But I have a doubt.... tatkal quota starts two days prior to the journey date right?? So if my DOJ is say 11 May I have to book on 9 May, right?? Just to know the no of seats I have searched for seat avilability and the result is as follows:
