Suppose Passenger 3 remains in WL after chart preparation. If Passenger 1&3 want to travel & passenger 2 doesn't travel. Will TTE issue No travel Certificate for TDR? Would I get the same refund as when Passeneger#3 haven't travelled?

TTE will be verifying the id on one passenger per PNR. If all the three are of same age group, then there should not be much problem. The third person can travel in the second persons' name. Though it is not legal, the option is available if you want.

But as the discussion shows, the order of names in filling up forms do matter.

I would like to tell about the trip.
We boarded the train around 23:30. I have to pay Fare Difference for increased Fares. The TTE was not happy for his increased duty. He was suggesting Railway should not collect Fares from Passenegrs who have already booked. Though he was a Friendly guy.
At Bharuch, one couple came and claimed that the berths we were sleeping were reserved to them. I asked for the ticket and found out tha the ticket was of 09-04-2012 meaned that their train left one day before. After a...
