When the chart is to be made, is it for 2 hours before departing of train or 4 hours of departure and inform me when the vip quota is allowing.
before two hrs, some time before 1 hrs also, once chart prepared then only u will come to to about VIP quota
Train departing till 12:00, get their charting done @ previous night @ 8 pm
Else all train get their chart made, probably in-between 2-3 hrs of schedule DEP & these Quotas are alotted @ charting time, not after charting!!!
