Agree... During Non-Monsoon, Even Passenger train Stopping & Accelerating at all stations when Section is clear, brings MPS Charm.
Doubling once done, will definately change KR like Anything.

Will both the lines between MAO and MJO be electrified? Or just the one that belongs to KR?
Yes, Coz the section between MAO - MJO belongs to KR & Presently The only Double line section in KR. Also heard this section will be upgraded to Automatic Signalling.

Double line - Considered as Up & Down. SWR has nothing to do inbetween MAO- MJO. During VSG-QLM Doubling, Only SWR will have lay lines till Outer (bothsides), Connection & Interlocking works will have to be done by KR.
Lots of freights run from/to VSG/LD along with KR Traffic, So Looks like Auto Signalling to reduce Sectional clearance wait, Quick dispatch & reduce delays.
