This is the first time in last three years that our tickets to Garowal are wt.listed after buying ticket from Shalimar Counter. Now we are tence . But Travelling agency are delivering tickets charging 500/ per person for confirmed ticket. How? Is there no administration. Railway Minister told some days before that every body will travell. Those who are wishes----etc.
