In this PNR first two passengers were already CNF and prediction was sought only only for the 3rd passenger which was WL but that passenger cancelled and our predictions make no sense now hence it has to be stamped VOID...
If cancellation happened before charting and the status was still WL then VOID else CNF if status was CNF before/after charting.
First two already CNf, predictions were sought for 3rd pass only. 3rd pass in this case is VOID, hence proper stamping is VOID.
