why the chart is not yet prepared for train 17017 even though it has started already from Rajkot at 5 am. I have a tatkal WL ticket from Kalyan to Secunderabad, which is showing till that chart is not prepared.

Does it happen that way? I was in an impression that the chart get prepared as soon as it starts from the origin point.
