The booking in irctc starts with prs at 8.00hrs, i.e. if u want to travel on 28th aug, the booking will start on 30.04.12, 8.00hrs along with PRS.
on 30th from 00.30hrs to 8.00hrs you can not book for that date. But however you can book for any other day at that time.
So ARP starts in IRCTC at 08:00 am, that is to say booking for a new date of journey in general quota can be done at and from 8 am in IRCTC? So the online booking facility after 00:30 am you are talking about then must for the previous old DOJs. Is my understanding correct?
