NR has lots of P7 and P5 and they will not be transferred anywhere.
Gomoh has a history of P7 being transferred to other sheds. So it must be used wisely enough.
Give it to Vaishali, Mahabodhi which needs it more and other advantage is that they can be powered by HOG with these locos

This train totally don't need a P7.. a P4 or a HU would be enough.
In my journey it arrived around 40min BT at JAJ, 40min BT at DHN, 20-30min BT at GMO with Mgs p4

These are just part of a loco link arrangement. IR mainly focuses on maintaining maximum utilization for every locomotive. Keeping a locomotive idle is just wasting the loco. So, if there is a layover for a locomotive at a particular place and there are other trains that can be served during the layover, then the locomotive will be used for one of those trains. It doesn't matter if the other train needs it or not. It is most important that the loco not remain idle.

Especially SWR was using only P7s for their passenger trains before. Now most of them are converted to MEMU.
20-30 min BT at GMO is impossible. That's an over exaggerated figure.
