Follow steps with respect to Screenshots attached:

1) Click on "Forum" tab

2) Drop down menu will appear

3) Scroll down and click on "Monitor" from drop down menu

4) In monitor forum click on "Select Monitor Group"

5) I have selected "TL Monitor" just for reference. But you should select "Forum Monitor"

⏺️After that click on 3 parallel lines at the right end of the screen (marked in blue colour)

6) A list will appear, scroll down and click on "Quit the FM Monitor Group". After this you will out of FM monitor group
