about 20 trains having equal and less than 50kmph not 55kmph including some slips
IR ne starting mein SF unhi trains ko bola tha jinki avg. speed (excluding halts) 55 km/hr se jyada thi. Aur wo un trains ka SF charge bhi lene lage. Lekin dheere dheere aisi SF trains bhi aane lagi jinka avg. speed (excluding halts) 55 km/hr se kam tha. Lekin ye IR ka decision hai ki unhone aisa kyun kiya. Lekin IR ki superfast trains ki definition yehi hai:
"Trains with an average speed, excluding halts, equaling or exceeding 55 kilometres per hour is labelled as Superfast Express".

bhai railway hi benchmark set krta h. we are just following that. apne ralway ke banchmark pe hi imaginary train banayi.maine bhi usi railway ke benchmark pe suggestion diya. ab ye apki marji h ye suggestion lena h ya drop krna h. now i want to finish this argue here.
